MAKE U IN Transnational Project Meeting

The MAKE U IN Transnational Project Meeting took place in Munich, Germany, on May 5-6, 2025, with participation from Mindleap (Spain), University of the National Education Commission, Krakow (Poland) and FabLab München e.V. as the coordinator and hosting partner.

The project aims to empower primary school teachers, trainers, and educators in creating inclusive educational environments using Maker initiatives to enhance participation and engagement.

The first day began with a welcome and introduction by the host organization, followed by a round of partner presentations to foster mutual understanding of each team’s background. FabLab München provided an overview of the project, after which MindLeap presented the current status of the MAKE U IN Resource Repository.

The meeting continued with UKEN outlining the work plan for the upcoming MAKE U IN Learning Sessions, and FabLab München introducing the concept and structure of the Launch Conference. The day concluded with a guided tour of FabLab München’s facilities.

On the second day, the focus shifted to project management and coordination aspects. MindLeap led the discussion on dissemination strategies, followed by a session on quality assurance facilitated by UKEN. Administrative and financial matters were addressed by FabLab München, and an open Q&A session allowed for clarification and input from all partners. The meeting successfully strengthened collaboration and aligned next steps for the implementation of the project.
