AI-Lead Second Transnational Project Meeting

The second transnational meeting of the AI Lead project took place in Valencia, Spain, on May 15-16, 2025, hosted by MindLeap. All partners participated (Confindustria Pesaro Urbino and Università Politecnica delle Marche from Italy, ECECE from Austria and Mindelap from Spain), with two members from each organisation. The meeting gathered project partners to discuss the progress made and to align the next steps for the upcoming months. AI CREATIVES Handbook – First release

The first draft of the AI CREATIVES Handbook was produced in English version. This Handbook will be a key resource for creative professionals, guiding AI integration while preserving creative integrity. It will serve as both a very specific practical guide and a compliance tool, ensuring innovative, ethical, and legally aligned AI usage within the consortium. The Handbook is built around the development of five key skills, identified through an in-depth Needs Analysis carried out during the early stages of the project. These essential competencies aim to equip creative professionals with the tools needed to thrive in an AI-enhanced environment. They include Creative Problem-Solving, which encourages innovative thinking in tackling challenges; Design Diversity, promoting inclusive and adaptable design approaches; Originality in Conceptualization, fostering unique and authentic ideas; Human Intuition in Decision-Making, emphasizing the value of instinct and experience; and Ethical Judgment in Creativity, ensuring responsible and principled use of AI in creative processes. MAKE U IN Transnational Project Meeting

The MAKE U IN Transnational Project Meeting took place in Munich, Germany, on May 5-6, 2025, with participation from Mindleap (Spain), University of the National Education Commission, Krakow (Poland) and FabLab München e.V. as the coordinator and hosting partner. The project aims to empower primary school teachers, trainers, and educators in creating inclusive educational environments using Maker initiatives to enhance participation and engagement. The first day began with a welcome and introduction by the host organization, followed by a round of partner presentations to foster mutual understanding of each team’s background. FabLab München provided an overview of the project, after which MindLeap presented the current status of the MAKE U IN Resource Repository. The meeting continued with UKEN outlining the work plan for the upcoming MAKE U IN Learning Sessions, and FabLab München introducing the concept and structure of the Launch Conference. The day concluded with a guided tour of FabLab München’s facilities. On the second day, the focus shifted to project management and coordination aspects. MindLeap led the discussion on dissemination strategies, followed by a session on quality assurance facilitated by UKEN. Administrative and financial matters were addressed by FabLab München, and an open Q&A session allowed for clarification and input from all partners. The meeting successfully strengthened collaboration and aligned next steps for the implementation of the project. 3D Smartbox Kick-off meeting

The 3D Smartbox kick-off meeting took place in Klagenfurt, Austria, on January 16-17, 2025, with participation from Mindleap (Spain), ECECE (Austria), Lumen (Italy), Akademia WBS (Poland), Siegen Universität (Germany) and FH Kärnten as the coordinator and hosting partner. The project focuses on the integration of 3D printing technology into education to enhance both teaching and learning experiences. By providing interactive, engaging, and hands-on learning opportunities, 3D printing enables students to bring their ideas to life and develop critical skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking. It also offers significant potential for cross-curricular applications in subjects such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and art, among others. During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to present their organisations and define the work plan for the coming months. Additionally, a working session was organized to discuss teachers’ needs when using 3D printing machines and to establish a common foundation for producing the project results. The Toolkit is the main project result and provides workers, managers, and SMEs with content, materials, and tools to support the implementation of AI technologies.
